Tiny Top Hat

Hat is made of light weight foam, not decorated, and is matte black in color. Thin, white elastic band holds hat in place. Hat is roughly 4" in diameter (brim to brim) and 2.5" tall. The foam is used for durability and to hold its shape even if damp.

Hat can be used to accompany any costume, for any occasion. Hat band can be altered to fit adults, children, even pets. This hat can be used on well trained animals (please don't let them chew it up as it can be harmful). If for child or pet please specify so we can alter the elastic band as the pre-made size is to fit an adult.

Hat originally designed for our Art the Clown set but is now sold separately to use as you see fit!
